Smoothie Preparation

Hey guys! It’s a short blog post. After three weeks of spending more time prepping for my smoothie than actually working out, I decided to prep my smoothie drinks for the week. In a ziplock bag and it turned out perfect! I used the following: 

  • Kale
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries 
  • Mangoes 
  • Banana
  • Ginger 
  • Celery 

I will be using either low fat plain yogurt, aloe Vera juice or water as my base blend. I’ll add ice to all and a lemon wedge. I’m excited for my prepared smoothies for the week. Cheers!
