Pulled Pork Potato Chips

If you have left over ribs from the night before make these delicious pulled pork potato chips!

Easy bakin’ delicious makin’!


  • 2-3 Idaho potatoes
  • Left over rack of ribs or bacon bits
  • Sprinkled cheese
  • Green onions
  • Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

With the perfect potato slicer slice up all 2-3 potatoes and lay them on pan. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place in oven for 10-15 minutes after oven reaches 400 degrees or until golden brown.

Turn off oven and sprinkle some cheese on each potato chip and place it back in the oven for another 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Add pulled pork or bacon and top it off with green onions and sour cream. I added cilantro as well and it’s exquisite!
