Pistachio no bake Pie!

Hey! How about it, eh? 

This took me about 15 minutes all together to make. Of course, my husband and my parents decided to partake because my no baking ingredients involved one thing: pistachios! 

Now I am no baker, but this caught my attention because on how easy it was to make AND I love pistachios!


Learn how to make it with this easy, step by step guide! 

What you will need are the following ingredients:

  • 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 box of Pistachio JELL-O pudding mix
  • Powdered sugar (about 3-5 tsp)
  • 1 packet of cream cheese softened (8oz)
  • Heavy whip cream (need 2 cups)
  • 1 cup of milk 

At the baking section:

  • 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 box of Pistachio JELL-O pudding mix
  • Powdered sugar (to use on pie:about 3-5 tsp)

At the dairy section:

  • 1 packet of cream cheese softened (8oz)
  • 1 cup of milk

At the frozen dessert section:

  • Heavy whip cream (need 2 cups)

Optional:
Nuts: Pistachio for garnish! 😋

Mix milk and the box of Pistachio JELL-O pudding together into a mixing bowl until thickened. It should take five minutes (as directed in JELL-O box) and once done combine the packet of 8oz cream cheese into the mix and batter until thickened.

One you’re ready, lay your green yummy-ness on the graham cracker pie crust. (Keep the lid from the graham cracker crust).

Then on a separate mixing bowl, mix powdered sugar and whip cream until ready. Lay over as topping on pie. 

Optional: Top pie with crushed pistachio for garnish. I took about 10 pieces of pistachio nuts and put them in a ziplock bag and crushed them and place as garnish on pie. 

DONT FORGET: Keep the LID from the graham cracker crust and when done flip the lid over to seal the pie and refrigerate over night.
