Night Stands

A photo of the night stand I painted. I’m a little disappointed of the color because it was not what I wanted. The color was totally misleading but this is it. As I let out a huge sigh while drafting this blog, it just makes me want to re-paint this all over again. I’ll get around to this after I work on the rest of my project. So…. Tada.

Smoothie Preparation

Hey guys! It’s a short blog post. After three weeks of spending more time prepping for my smoothie than actually working out, I decided to prep my smoothie drinks for the week. In a ziplock bag and it turned out perfect! I used the following: 

  • Kale
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries 
  • Mangoes 
  • Banana
  • Ginger 
  • Celery 

I will be using either low fat plain yogurt, aloe Vera juice or water as my base blend. I’ll add ice to all and a lemon wedge. I’m excited for my prepared smoothies for the week. Cheers!
